Village house La Bodega

A fine and very modern new apartment. Attractively decorated and very complete, lots of space with large roof terrace. A quiet area. Lots to visit, beach, salt lakes, flamingos 15 minutes drive. A warm welcome by Frank and Annemiek. Highly recommended!! (Review from Google).

This is a blissful place. We love the region and have been there before, but this is the best app we've been allowed to inhabit so far. The area is very quiet and you are 10 minutes to the village walked with fine bars and good restaurants. The app itself is nicely furnished with nice seats and hangouts and decent beds. Smart TV for dead moments and all the necessary kitchen things available. Fine hosts also who offer instant help where needed (Review from Google).

In July we stayed in the luxury village house. We were welcomed with a drink and a snack by Annemiek & Frank.

We have known each other for many years now. And it is great to see that they have achieved this together.

Annemiek is therefore very good at arranging things and the details, when it comes to furnishing. Frank is a real Bob the Builder. This has turned out to be a golden combination. So we lacked nothing in the village house. Nice to be able to sit in the shade for a while and wonderful to be able to lie in the pool. And the garden offers a lot of privacy.

Thank you for the good care. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location and perfect high quality finished apartment with ditto communal pool. Enjoyed from 1 to 10 June 2023. Enjoyed the luxurious location and Spain of course. Close to the center, 10 minutes walk with nice terraces. 2 minutes by car for a supermarket and in 6 minutes you are on the great beach. Absolutely no mass tourism. For those who want 11 minutes by car to La Zenia or 20 minutes to Torrevieja. We'll be back though! (Review of Google apartment Pilar).

We rented this apartment from 09-06-2025 for 11 days and had a very nice holiday

The neat apartment El Raso is fully equipped. It also has a very nice terrace with views over the nature reserve. The communal swimming pool is also very nice to cool off. On Sundays there is the Lemon tree market within walking distance where you can go for a snack, drink, vegetables, fruit, clothing, small electronics. We had a car and therefore we could easily go by car to La Matta Beach where it is good to stay. Frank and Annemiek have folding sunbeds at the apartment that are ideal to take to the beach so that you can lie down. nearby there are a large supermarket within a 5-minute drive and within 10 minutes there are 2 large German supermarkets. There is also plenty to find in the evening for a meal somewhere nearby. We have had a great time in this beautiful apartment and therefore recommend everyone to contact Frank and Annemiek and see when the apartment is still available.

The decision to rent this apartment was quickly made. We had good contact and trust with and in Frank and Annemiek. Because of our emigration to Spain and the fact that our own apartment is not yet ready, we have rented both apartments. Rented this apartment from November 1st to November 20th. Again a nice, clean and cozy apartment. With a very large roof terrace, so you are assured of sun! Even during this period, we had a lot of good weather, so we made a lot of use of it. A private parking space for the car was also very nice. And inside the complex we could park our bicycles. We were very happy with this. This apartment also has an invigorating swimming pool. From this apartment you can make very nice bike rides. The area around the Embalsa de la Pedrera reservoir is really beautiful! The beach is a 5-minute drive away. It is a large beach, with a large parking lot. We are very happy that we have rented both apartments from Frank and Annemiek during this period. This was a nice start to our emigration for us, despite the fact that we had to wait for our own apartment. We had a wonderful time and were not bored for a second. Thank you Frank and Annemiek. Guardamar del Segura apartment El Raso. We have rented this apartment for a period from August 1 to October 30. We have lived here with great pleasure. Frank and Annemiek make sure it's neat and tidy when you enter. Clean and cozy. It has a beautiful view! Good air conditioning! We needed it because it was very warm this summer :). The cost of using this was not too bad for us. The apartment complex also features an invigorating swimming pool! We could also regularly order something tasty downstairs, at the pizzeria. Very easy if you don't feel like cooking. It is a beautiful area to discover by bike. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. It's a big beach. Very suitable for walking along the sea. There you can also have breakfast and/or lunch. Very nice was also the place in the garage to park your car. We have experienced Frank and Annemiek as very pleasant, good hosts/hostess.
